1. Advance Notice for Cancellations
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 2 hours advance notice via phone or WhatsApp so we can offer the slot to other guests.
2. Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty up to 2 hours before the scheduled time slot. Same-day rescheduling is subject to room and therapist availability.
3. Couple Spa & VIP Suite Reservations
For exclusive Couple Spa packages and group bookings requiring private VIP suite preparation, we request at least 4 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
4. Refunds & Gift Vouchers
Prepaid sessions or gift vouchers are non-refundable but remain fully transferable to friends or family members with prior notification to our front desk.
